Join us at this year's CompSciConnect Winter Showcase on Sunday, December 10, 2023, at 2 PM in the Brendan Iribe Center for Computer Science and Engineering Building at the University of Maryland.  At this event, our students demonstrate and present their fall projects ranging in websites, 3D game design, apps, and more! There will be refreshments and a celebration to acknowledge our CSC Terps 3-year accomplishment.

Upcoming STEM Events



In celebration of Computer Science Education Week PGCPS we will be hosting their annual PGCPS Level Up with Code Virtual Family Event for parents and students. Parents and students will be able to participate in an Hour of Code activity to learn more about computer science education. This event will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

We are currently accepting applications for a free online mentorship program for women of color who are taking an Advanced Placement Computer Science A course (CSA or CSP) during the 2023-2024 school year.

 We offer free remote help sessions led by undergraduate students from the University of Michigan.

The Prodigy Program provides middle and high school youth opportunities to learn Web Development, Game Development, Python, Data Science, and CyberSecurity after school while working on projects with industry professionals that benefit our city and community.

CSTA has opened applications for the 2023-2024 Cutler-Bell Prize, which looks to recognize up to four high school senior students residing in the US for their projects in CS. Winners will receive a $10,000 prize to go to their college/university of choice. Applications are due by January 19, 2023.
 



 

CYBER.ORG offers a biannual technology grant program to assist teachers in bringing technology into their classrooms. To be eligible, you must be a K-12 educator based in the U.S
