Maryland Center for Women in Computing

MCWIC is growing and expanding. The NEW Iribe Initiative for Inclusion and Diversity in Computing officially launched with the building opening this weekend.

You can read more about the new initiative here.

All students are invited to an Ice Cream Social from 11am-1pm on May 10th to learn more about the initiative and share feedback with the Student Advisory Board. (See additional details below)

Many of the current MCWIC programs will grow and expand underneath this broader umbrella. Our annual MCWIC Grace Hopper Scholarship application process will expand to include other diversity conferences in addition to the Grace Hopper Celebration. (See additional details below)

Be sure to stop and see us anytime in IRB 1104 for general lounge space and tutoring.
