As we commemorate Women's History Month, we honor the indelible contributions of Grace Hopper, a pioneering computer scientist known for her groundbreaking work in programming languages and computer science education. The Maryland Center for Women in Computing and SpiderBits Robotics are excited to host Robot Programming 101: A Girl Scout Adventure, an in-person workshop for Brownies and Juniors to earn all three of their robotics badges.
The AI summer program is a two-week long, computer programming and artificial intelligence (AI) non-residential summer camp. Students will be given the opportunity to use artificial intelligence to address problems of a probabilistic and numeric nature. Participants will explore the field of AI through team projects, industry field trips, and presentations from guest speakers.
