Prior to her work in intellectual property law, Ms. Leach worked as a Primary Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Matthew Kennelly of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Leach has an advanced degree in Nuclear Science and Engineering and regularly speaks on diversity in tech issues.
