K-12 Outreach
The Iribe Initiative for Inclusion and Diversity in Computing (I4C) collaborates with the K-12 community to encourage all students, especially those from underrepresented groups, to become creators and leaders in the computing and technical workforce.
Through K-12 outreach, our programs aim to expose students at an early age to the breadth and creativity of computing. Our programs give K-12 students access to near-peer role models, teach students how to both make and apply the technology that they use daily and help them understand the societal impacts of technology.
