RESET Project

Application Deadlines

Applications for the RESET Scholars program are closed and will open again in Spring 2026.

Together, we are resetting tech culture to Represent, Excel and Support Equity in Tech. Through career development, community building and scholarship support, the RESET Project supports financially disadvantaged students, first-generation college students and students from Prince George’s County and Baltimore City. The RESET Project is an Iribe Initiative for Inclusion and Diversity in Computing (I4C) program that aims to diversify the tech workforce.

Our program is supported by Reboot Representation, a coalition of 21 leading companies committed to making computing more equitable through targeted, philanthropic investments in often-overlooked programs and institutions.

Build a community for students in tech to support and encourage them throughout their computing degree and beyond.

Provide opportunities for students to explore careers in the tech workforce through networking events, mentorships and career opportunities.

Use scholarships to reduce the financial burden of a college education and address systemic wealth disparities.

The RESET Project provides annual scholarships to 20-40 computing majors through a year-long cohort program with a focus on leadership, academic excellence and empowerment. Students can only receive the scholarship for one year.
