With over 15 years of experience in higher education, I am a dedicated and results-driven program manager specializing in event management, alumni engagement, and diversity initiatives. In my current role as the Retention Manager for the Iribe Initiative for Inclusion and Diversity in Computing (I4C) at the University of Maryland, I have successfully developed and executed impactful programs such as the I4C Mentoring Program, Diversity Conference Scholarship Program, Tech Block Party, and the RESET Project. As a native Texan and Latina, I am passionate about fostering student success, creating inclusive environments, and advancing diversity in technology.
