What is your favorite piece of career advice?
One of my favorite pieces of career advice is, "Embrace failure as a stepping stone to success." This was shared with me by my father as he emphasized that setbacks are not indicators of incompetence but rather opportunities for growth and learning. This mindset shift has enabled me to persevere through challenges and ultimately achieve my goals rather than letting personal fears and doubt stop me.
